On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Harmony reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange, refund, or an account credit, the process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
- Return the package to the address mentioned by our Customer Support
