On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Harmony reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund (if it’s not used), or an account credit within 30 days of receipt. If you have used a bit of the product and you’re not happy, you could qualify for a partial refund. The process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement, a refund or a partial refund if you’ve used the product.
- Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
- Return the package to the address mentioned by our Customer Support.
