Shipping

We prepare orders at our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands and send every parcel with tracking.

Your delivery country, postcode and packed parcel weight determine the available carriers, price and estimated delivery time. You can pay in EUR or GBP; the delivery address always determines which shipping rules apply.

Our fulfilment team works Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1 PM CET are usually prepared the same business day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on Dutch public holidays are usually prepared the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the carrier estimate. Address checks, customs information and busy periods can occasionally add time.

For supported EU destinations, the cheapest available tracked option becomes free from an eligible cart subtotal of €60. When paying in GBP, the current equivalent threshold is £54.

For Great Britain, tracked Deutsche Post delivery becomes free from an eligible cart subtotal of £60. When paying in EUR, the current equivalent threshold is €66.67.

A faster delivery option remains chargeable when it is available. Checkout shows the applicable threshold and final delivery price after you enter the delivery country.

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We also deliver to supported addresses in Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales.

If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Only services available for your exact address and parcel are shown. When DPD and UPS provide the same estimated speed, checkout shows the better-priced option instead of displaying two equivalent choices.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote locations, customs checks and carrier delays can add time.

Great Britain orders are sent only with Deutsche Post. UK VAT is included in our prices.

The goods value must stay at or below £135 before VAT, excluding separately stated delivery charges. Each parcel must also weigh no more than 2 kg when packed. Checkout verifies both limits before payment.

We provide the customs information for the shipment. If a carrier sends an unexpected request for duty or import VAT, contact us before paying so we can investigate.

Delivery prices are calculated after you enter the destination. The calculation uses the country, postcode, packed weight and the carrier services available for that parcel.

Where applicable, the displayed UPS or DPD price includes estimated fuel or energy, residential, island, extended-area and remote-area charges. Deutsche Post is not priced from the UPS or DPD remote-postcode lists. The price shown before payment is the customer delivery price for that checkout quote.

We email the tracking details to the address used at checkout when the order ships. The first carrier update may take a little time to appear.

If a parcel is delayed beyond its estimated window, email contact@meetharmony.com with your order number.

Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the current return address and instructions. Do not send returns to a former Harmony UK warehouse. Return delivery costs are not covered.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected, contact us. Any refund or reshipment depends on the order status, product condition and the carrier outcome.
