Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products as much as we believe in the benefits that CBD can offer. We want to make sure that you, our customers, feel confident when buying from Harmony. If our products do not meet your expectations, you can use our satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of receiving the product. The satisfaction guarantee is valid for new customers only.

Using the satisfaction guarantee

If the product has failed to meet your realistic expectations, you can return it, and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. All we ask is that you have:

  • been using the product as described in its instructions
  • been using the product for at least ten days
  • correctly followed any advice given by our customer service team
  • read and agreed to the conditions set out in our Satisfaction Guarantee form

Once we have checked your form, usually within five working days, we will send you a postage label so you can return the product to us. When we receive the product, we will send an exchange or issue a refund.


Do not send the product until we have replied to your request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel our policies are being abused.
