Terms of service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Harmony's online store or buy products from us as a consumer. The Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service pages contain the same terms. Please read them before placing an order and keep a copy for your records.
Who we are and how to contact us
The store is operated by Meet Harmony Limited, trading as Harmony, registered in England and Wales under company number 10069842. Our registered office is 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom.
Email contact@meetharmony.com for questions, cancellations, returns or complaints. Include your order number if you have one. Our registered office is not a returns address. Contact us before posting a return so we can provide the current address.
Using the store
You must be at least 18 to buy from us. Give accurate contact and delivery information, use a payment method you are entitled to use and keep any account password private. Tell us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person's account, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the store. This does not remove your rights relating to an existing purchase.
Products and information
The product page describes the item, size, strength, ingredients and available variants. Check the selected variant before ordering. Images illustrate the product; packaging and screen colours may differ, but the goods must match their description.
Follow the product label and instructions. Product information and the quiz are not medical advice or a diagnosis. Product availability can vary by destination. The delivery choices available at checkout determine whether we can accept your address and order.
Prices and payment
The store supports EUR and GBP. Checkout shows the currency, product price, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charge before you pay. GBP prices include UK VAT. A discount applies only when its stated conditions are met and checkout accepts it.
Payment takes place through Viva.com's hosted checkout using the methods it offers for your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or other charges.
If we identify a pricing or product-description error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct information so you can decide whether to proceed. We will not increase an agreed order price without your agreement. If an order cannot be accepted after payment, we will arrange a refund.
Placing and confirming an order
Submitting checkout is your offer to buy the selected goods. A payment-page redirect alone is not an order confirmation. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation after payment has been confirmed.
If payment fails or remains pending, the order is not ready for dispatch. If you are unsure whether payment went through, contact us before placing the same order again. We may decline an order that we cannot supply, cannot deliver, is restricted for its destination or reasonably appears fraudulent. We will explain any action affecting a paid order and refund amounts due.
Delivery
Orders ship from our fulfillment centre in the Netherlands to the supported EU countries and addresses in Great Britain shown in our shipping policy. Checkout confirms the available tracked delivery service and price.
For supported EU countries, tracked delivery costs €7 below an eligible cart subtotal of €50 and is free from €50. For Great Britain, it costs £9 below an eligible cart subtotal of £100 and is free from £100. Great Britain orders must have an intrinsic goods value of no more than £135 before VAT, excluding separately stated delivery, and a packed weight of no more than 2 kg.
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1 PM CET are usually prepared the same business day; later orders, weekends and Dutch public holidays move preparation to the next business day. Address checks, peak periods, customs and carrier delays can add time. Delivery estimates and destination details are in the shipping policy.
We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or someone you nominate to receive them. Contact us if delivery is late, missing or damaged. If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Check your address before payment and tell us promptly if it needs changing. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. If a parcel is refused, uncollected or returned because of an address problem, we will review the carrier information and explain the available refund or reshipment options. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Our returns and satisfaction guarantee
Our refund policy offers returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or account credit after the return has been received and checked. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return.
For opened or used products, new customers may qualify for an exchange or refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days of receiving the product. The guarantee has its own eligibility conditions. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request.
These voluntary benefits are additional to your legal rights. They do not make an unopened package, a new-customer status or a guarantee form a condition of a statutory remedy. Where the law entitles you to a refund, account credit is optional and requires your agreement.
Your right to cancel an online purchase
If UK or EU distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back. Emailing a clear cancellation statement is sufficient; you do not have to use a particular form or wait for a discretionary approval to exercise this right.
For an eligible cancellation, we refund the returned goods and the standard delivery charge where due. An additional charge for a more expensive delivery choice need not be refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold a goods refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, and will refund within the applicable 14-day deadline.
You pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind cancellation unless we agree otherwise. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The cancellation right has legal exceptions, including certain goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Opening ordinary delivery packaging does not by itself remove the right to cancel.
You may use this cancellation form by email or post: “To Meet Harmony Limited, 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom; contact@meetharmony.com. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Order number: [if available]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us if an item is faulty, arrives damaged, does not match its description or is not what you ordered. Include the order number and enough detail to explain the problem; photographs can help. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may be a refund, repair or replacement, and cover necessary return costs where required.
Your legal remedies are not limited to our 30-day return offer or Satisfaction Guarantee. We do not impose a blanket 14-day deadline for reporting faults or require you to pursue the manufacturer instead of us. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory UK or EU consumer protections, including applicable legal guarantees.
Privacy and reviews
Our privacy policy explains how we use information for accounts, payments, delivery, support and reviews, including the providers involved and how to exercise your data rights.
Reviews should describe your own experience and must not contain unlawful material or someone else's private information. We moderate submissions before publication. By submitting a review, you permit us to display it with your chosen display name as described in the privacy policy.
Responsibility, disputes and changes
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove your rights when goods are faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly delivered.
Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can investigate and explain the next step. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that applicable law gives you.
We may update these terms for future purchases and will show the revision date above. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
