Our logistics centers are based in the United Kingdom and in the Netherlands. For delivery in the UK and outside of the European Union, you are at the right place! Immediately after you complete your purchase at Harmony, your order is sent to our logistic center and is prepared with great care in plain packaging. We ship from Monday to Friday with one of our partner couriers FedEx, Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail.
Orders placed by 12:30pm will be shipped the same day (UK Time), orders placed after this cut off will ship out the next business day. During the peak periods order processing times may be extended to 48hrs. Orders with address irregularities, requiring special shipping or customs documents may need a day extra to be shipped.
We offer free economy shipping on orders over £30. It’s really that simple. You’ll receive the tracking details soon after your order. (Not available with coupon or special offers)

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK
- Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country.
- These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee.
- The shipping transit times listed do not include any delays that may be incurred by customs clearance or the carrier.

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable, because the delivery address was incorrect, the delivery was refused or the recipient didn’t pick up the package at the courier access point location. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Harmony reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion, and refund the recipient for the price of the products returned, excluding the shipping cost.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have changed your mind and did not use the product you ordered, you can return it for a full refund, or an account credit, within 30 days of receipt. If you have used a bit of the product and you’re not happy, you could qualify for a product exchange or an account credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. The process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support to let us know why you are not happy with your order and attach photos of the product and the batch number (this can be found on the packaging). We will respond as soon as possible with possible solutions.
