Orders placed after the cutoff, weekends or UK holidays will ship out the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Orders with address discrepancies or special shipping needs may take an extra day for shipment.

To minimize the impact of returned products, Harmony reserves the right to refund the cost of the products, excluding shipping, if the recipient chooses not to have the order re-shipped.

Unfortunately, we can not cover return shipment costs.
